The Chief of Mehame in the Ahafo Region, Nana Owusu Kontoh III, has called on his sub-chiefs to support initiatives aimed at improving development in the community.
He made the call in an interview with Adom News after enstooling five sub-chiefs, stressing that the progress and welfare of the people of Mehame remain his top priority.
According to Nana Owusu Kontoh III, the newly installed chiefs are expected to contribute ideas, build partnerships and mobilise resources to help accelerate development in the area.
He cautioned that he would not hesitate to destool any sub-chief whose actions hinder development in the community.
One of the newly sworn-in sub-chiefs, Nana Asarfo Adjei, who serves as the Ankobiahene, assured that the chiefs are ready to support the vision of their traditional leader to bring the needed development to the people.
