Head coach of Wa all Stars, Sarfo Castro, says center referee Timothy Obuobisa’s wrong calls proved an advantage for Hearts of Oak who capitalized on same to beat them 3-1.
Addressing the press after his second loss in charge of the Northern Blues , Castro admitted his lads made some mistakes but claims referee Obuobisa was out there to frustrate his team.
“Al lot of factors contributed to our loss but the referee did not help matters with most of his decisions.
A lot of his calls against Wa All Stars were wrong but Hearts of Oak only capitalized on that and won”, Castro said.
The former Berekum Chelsea manager maintained, he is not under any sort of pressure to perform but will make sure to return the Northern Blues to winning ways.
Wa All Stars, in match day seven, will host new entrants Karela FC at the Wa Park on Sunday.
