Ghanaian music heavyweight Stonebwoy has once again reaffirmed his dominance in the reggae and dancehall space, clinching the Best Reggae/Dancehall Artiste award at the Telecel Ghana Music Awards for a record-extending 10th time.
He is the first artiste in the award’s history to achieve such feat. Since he won in 2016, it’s been a back-to-back sweep.
The milestone win further cements Stonebwoy’s long-standing grip on one of the most competitive categories at the TGMA, where consistency, catalogue strength, and year-round impact are key deciding factors.
This year, he faced strong competition from fellow industry stalwarts, including Samini and Ras Kuuku, both of whom have maintained solid presence in the genre over the years.
