Failed assemblyman for Adukrom Nima in the Ashanti region, Nana Adabor Ibrahim Issah Ampim, popularly known as ‘Hon Aponkye’, claims he has incontrovertible evidence to prove there was a stolen verdict in the just ended district assembly elections.

He alleged that his opponent, who eventually won the elections, thumb-printed ballot papers and managed to drop them in the ballot box.
This act, Hon. Aponkye claimed, happened in the full glare of the public and officials of the Electoral Commission but his agents were prevented from protesting.

Luckily for him, he said is agents had pictorial evidence which he believes will help his case at the Supreme Court.
“I have the evidence and I know I will win the case at the Supreme Court,” he added.

Hon. Aponkye will be praying the court to overturn the verdict and declare him winner of the elections.
