Communications Director of Accra Hearts of Oak, Kwame Opare Addo, has said new manager, Kim Grant, is keen on instilling discipline and professionalism into the current crop of players.

The desire to do so, according to him, will see those who will fail to conform, fall off naturally.

Responding to rumours that the former Technical Director of Ebusua Dwarfs is bringing on board some strange set of rules, the young administrator said Kim Grant had given all the players the opportunity to adapt to his new rules and those who cannot catch up after the grace period will be released by the club.

“It is true Kim Grant has introduced a lot of new things but it is going to improve professionalism in the playing body and the technical team. He has given the players the opportunity to understand and catch up but those who cannot have to go,” he said

According to him, Coach Kim Grant and the technical team are not in a rush to sign new players but they are still considering the possibility of getting new players on board in future.

Kwame Addo added the former Black Stars player, has given the players a fair idea of what he wants and those who are organised professional will work with him.
