As a result, it has had a strong positive impact on the growth and development of many societies in the world but this is not the case in Ghana. The country has been suffering for many years in trying to solve the housing situation through so many programmes and policies but to no avail. The consequences have resulted in a housing deficit of well over one million houses. It was against this background that we have emerged and are providing solutions, Apostle Quarshie noted.
Cereno Homes aims to address this deficit by offering a range of housing options suitable for various income levels.
Cereno Homes is here to roll out housing policies in the country that accommodate the financial conditions of each and every potential homeowner especially the working class who do not need to burden themselves with contracting loans for housing, he added.
