Managing Director of Accra Hearts of Oak, Delali Anku-Adiamah, has reaffirmed the club’s ambition to secure continental football next season.
The Phobians had a frustrating start to the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League campaign after being held to a goalless draw by debutants Hohoe United at the Accra Sports Stadium.
They, however, bounced back on Monday afternoon with their first win of the season, defeating Dreams FC 1-0 at the Nii Adjei Kraku II Sports Complex under head coach Didi Dramani.
Speaking to Asempa FM after the game, Mr Anku-Adiamah said consistency would be key if Hearts are to achieve their target of returning to Africa.
“Our target is to win every game. Of course, we dropped points in our first game, but we plan to play in Africa next season, so we must win every game,” he stated.
Hearts of Oak will look to build on their momentum when they host Eleven Wonders at the Accra Sports Stadium in their Matchday 3 fixture.
