Former boss of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), Sylvester Mensah, has shared his wedding photos as he marks 29 years of marriage.
Taking to Facebook, the one time National Democratic Congress flagbearer hopeful shared the photos coupled with a heartfelt message to his wife Millicent.
