Nollywood actress Chioma Akpotha says she doesn’t like to watch her own movies.

The actress says it feels funny hearing the sound of her own voice or seeing herself act so she hardly finds herself watching movies she starred in.

“l like to talk to people and share my stories but I don’t like to see myself in movies. I hate to hear my voice that’s why I’m not even wearing the headphone. I feel I sound funny”, she stated on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, monitored by Adomonline.com.

For critique purposes, Chioma explained that, “I watch them not to entertain myself but I hate criticizing myself. I’m never enough. I just feel that way so I go back and still work and then I actually hear from people what they think about each movie I make and then if I have the courage, I watch”, 

Chioma Akpotha who is currently in Ghana for the iYes conference mentioned her husband as her greatest critique in her movie career.
