The Police Command in Enugu State has arrested a pastor for the alleged murder of his girlfriend and church member within the Railway axis of Enugu metropolis.
He allegedly murdered the woman and carted away all her belongings and a cash of N2 million.
It was gathered that the suspect used the money to equip and renovate his church.
The the state’s Commissioner of Police, Mr Ahmad Abdurrahman, said the suspect killed his girlfriend of five years because she refused to purchase a tricycle for him despite buying tricycles for other people on hire purchase.
