The Majority Leader and Minister of Parliamentary Affairs, Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu, has blamed the growth of corruption within political parties on the processes used by both the New Democratic Congress (NDC) and the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in electing executives.

According to him, elections are not the only means available for choosing leaders hence called on the two major parties to take a look at their National Executives’ electoral processes.
