The Editor-in-Chief of the Insight newspaper, Mr. Kwesi Pratt used his turn at the Presidential press encounter to question the president’s conviction on the “cash-for-seat” scandal.

Kwesi wondered how the President could come to the conclusion that nothing untoward happened when indeed the Parliamentary Committee is still sitting on the issue.
His question was later ranked among some of the best questions asked at the event by the Media Foundation for West Africa.
