Through his legal team, Nana Romeo accused Sally Mann of falsely claiming that he had been convicted of rape and portraying him as deceitful.

He asserts these statements have tarnished his reputation, caused public ridicule, and led to a loss of goodwill.

The legal notice also implicates Power FM and the show’s host for providing the platform where the statements were made.

Nana Romeo demands a full retraction and a public apology from Sally Mann within 72 hours.

The apology must be aired on Power FM and published across all social media platforms.

He also requests the removal of all shared content related to the allegations.

The argument stemmed from a discussion over publicity stunts in the music space where Mr Logic accused Bullet of paying presenter Nana Romeo to insult his female act, Wendy Shay for hype.

According to Mr Logic, he was informed by Nana Romeo that Bullet allegedly paid him to diss Wendy Shay when she got late for an interview with him earlier this year.

You paid for it. And your artiste was embarrassed. The source is the person who hosted the show. If he wants a stunt I will prove to him, Mr Logic alleged.

But the Rufftown Chief Executive Officer called Mr Logic a liar, adding that he had never paid anyone for hype ever since he started managing artistes in Ghana.

Mr Logic is a liar. Why will I pull such a stunt, for what? Emergency is a good song so why will I go on to allow someone destroy my artiste. The music is good enough to do to the talking, Bullet told host Jay Folley.

Additionally, Bullet said he is still trying to figure out why Mr Logic has been slamming him or any singer that gets signed to his music label.

The interview escalated when the host invited Nana Romeo to blow out his side of the story on the same Daybreak Hitz show.

According to Nana Romeo, who denied ever telling Mr Logic that Bullet connived with him for Wendy Shay to trend, he knows nothing about what Mr Logic was propagating.

When the whole thing happened, Logic is my friend so we spoke and he told me Romeo ‘I am going to give it to Bullet.’ And I told him ‘don’t involve me’… Even If it were a stunt there is no way I would come out to say it but it wasn’t. What does Mr Logic look forward to achieve with this? Nana Romeo queried.

However, Mr Logic continued to maintain his stand and urged the two industry players to agree to swear an oath of truth to curse whoever is lying about the matter but it fell on deaf ears.

The artite manager who has opened up on the rumours, probably for the first time sais, such false reportage by bloggers and journalists have subjected him to so much torment with the latest being his girlfriend opting out of their relationship.

Setting the record straight, Bullet said he can vow that no artiste he has worked with, both mainstream and underground has ever warmed his bed.

He has therefore dared any such artiste to come with evidence that they have ever had any relationship with him.

He charged media people to focus more on music rather than relationship status of industry stakeholders.

Bullet’s comments come on the back of a challenge thrown at him by radio host, Nana Romeo who dared to release evidence of his relationship with Wendy Shay.

Wendy cleared the air, saying if Nana Romeo had any of the evidence he claims he has, it would have reached public space by now.

Host of Accra FM’s entertainment show, Nana Romeo, who has made a name for descending heavily on artistes, was in the news yesterday for angering Wendy Shay with ‘Bullet questions’.

The interview, which sought to promote the artiste’s latest song, ‘Emergency’ ended in less than 30 minutes after Wendy Shay felt she was deliberately being forced to admit she is in a relationship with her boss, Bullet.

The walk-out became necessary when Nana Romeo claimed he had concrete evidence to prove the ‘Shay gang’ boss was warming the bed of Bullet.

Reacting to the development, Shatta Wale took the issue rather personal, and dared Nana Romeo to invite him for an interview filled with ‘nonsense’.

“Please invite me for a programme interview so we can mess each other up. I have a lot of nonsense around me so I am the right person to ask those questions. I heard him saying he would have walked Shatta Wale or Stonebwoy out of an interview like he did to KiDi. I dare you, try it,” he said.

A hefty slap, Shatta Wale hinted is what would land on the cheeks of Nana Romeo or any host who ask him rather too personal and unprofessional questions.

According to him, there is no formula for interview which gives him the privilege to ask pressing questions even if the interviewee is not happy.

To him, questions are not supposed to follow a drafted script, and for that reason he is at no fault in how sour their interview turned.

Nana Romeo revealed Wendy Shay’s denial of sleeping with her boss despite his evidence was what angered him to go hard on the artiste.

To him, his main intention was to challenge Wendy Shay to dare him to release the proof, but the signee felt threatened and had to ‘run away’ from the evidence.

He revealed that the videos and photos he has of the duo would warrant applause from Ghanaians for him after he had proven his claims.

Nana Romeo, who insisted Wendy Shay was in a sexual relation with her record label owner, Bullet, touched the nerves of the latter who walked out of the studio.

The situation has angered some Ghanaians as it was the second time the host had dad issues with a musician on live radio; the first was walking KiDi out for showing up 20 minutes late.

One of those who is boiling up is Kingdom FM’s Afia Fabregaz who interrupted a phone-in interview to blast Nana Romeo.

According to her, Nana Romeo has no right to ask about the sexual relations of two adults, since he is also fond of wooing colleagues in the media industry.

Revealing some private details about their encounter, she revealed it would be invasion of privacy should she leak such information and hence does not expect ‘saint’ Romeo to do same.

She insisted that evidence she has about her colleague could cost him his job and the heat of their clash was so intense Nana Romeo had to end the call.

The interview, which started smoothly, quickly took an unexpected turn with Wendy Shay’s voice going up against the host, Nana Romeo.

The host pressured her to confess she is in an intimate relationship with Bullet, but she made it clear that they are not dating.

However, Nana Romeo, after the issue had cooled down, insisted her new song, ‘Emergency’ is dedicated to Bullet. This angered her to say:

Barely a month ago, Nana Romeo was in the news for walking artiste KiDi out of his studio for showing up 20 minutes late for an interview.

The pained host, Nana Romeo, publicly expressed disappointment in KiDi for constantly showing up late for a booked interview, after which he sacked him.

However, KiDi, who explained he did not like how he was spoken to apologised for his lateness.

The issue has created a whole debate on social media with a fraction in support of the host, Romeo, while others thought his reaction was uncalled for.
