Gospel Musician, Brother Sammy has been arrested by the Ashanti Regional Police to assist in investigations over selling of unapproved products on social media.
The products, being advertised by the gospel musician and said to cure HIV/AIDS and other chronic diseases, have been condemned by the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) who have labelled those products as unregistered products on the market.

A press release, signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the FDA, Delese A. A. Darko, said the gospel musician has not been given any approval by his outfit to go into production and selling of such products.
