A Ghanaian academic based in North Carolina of the United States of America, Dr Ernest Ohene Kwarpong, has given a 10-point reason why one of the aspirants for the position of the national youth organiser position stands tall among his colleagues.

According to Dr Kwarpong, the aspirant, Chief Biney, is a man with “extraordinary leadership qualities” who is admired by even his opponents.

Even though he has never met Chief Biney in person, Dr Kwarpong says “vouch for his competence, courage, toughness of mind and intelligence based on what I have seen him display on radio and on television”.

Below is the full opinion of Dr Kwarpong on Chief Biney:

I don’t know how others see him but for me, Chief Biney is the best person for the Deputy National Organiser position.

Even his critics and opponents cannot deny his extraordinary leadership qualities and his intentions for NDC’s development, and he has proved his mettle in a number of tough conditions.

He keeps all nerves cool and all hearts at ease whenever he appears on Radio and Television programmes.

I am yet to meet him personally but will always vouch for his competence, courage, toughness of mind and intelligence based on what I have seen him display on radio and on television.

He is one person the NPP feel very uncomfortable dealing with and we see that uneasiness whenever he appears on Radio and Television programmes.

Chief Biney

-Is a good communicator

-Displays confidence

-Shows commitment

-Exhibits positive attitude

-Very creative

-Inspires the support base with his tough but sensible submissions

-Shows empathy according to the grassroots

-Very enthusiastic

-And focus driven always.

The NDC needs efficient hands to move the party to the targeted level. We need people who cannot be compromised or manipulated by our opponents.

A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way…and that is Chief Biney.
