The Secretary to late Apostle Kwadwo Safo’s family, Dr. Philip Siaw Kissi, has revealed the former leader of the Kristo Asafo Mission’s clear wishes regarding his burial, which he believes should be respected.
According to Dr. Kissi, it was the wish of the visionary industrialist, innovator, farmer, herbalist, and spiritual leader, who died on September 11, 2025, to be buried without delay.
Speaking on Adom FM Dwaso Nsem, he explained that the Apostle requested a swift burial without delay and explicitly rejected any post-mortem examination.
“What pains us is that before his death, Apostle Kwadwo Safo told us that he should be buried early without delay and there should be no post-mortem,” he said.
He further emphasized the sensitivity of the directive, adding: “He said he shouldn’t be touched with a knife.”
The family says these instructions are now central to their concerns as they seek clarity and closure on the whereabout of his body as access has been restricted since his death.
However, he announced that the burial has been scheduled for June 25, 2026, dismissing earlier reports which suggested July 30, 2026.
