New Patriotic Party (NPP) National Organiser hopeful, Daniel Nii Kwartei Titus-Glover, says he has developed the message and strategy required to organise the party’s grassroots structures and help secure victory in the 2028 general elections.

Mr Titus-Glover said his extensive nationwide engagements have given him the opportunity to reconnect with party members and understand their concerns ahead of the internal elections.

“I have the message and strategy for the 2028 elections, and delegates are waiting to honour me on October 3,” he said.

Speaking in an interview on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen, he said he had toured all 16 regions and visited 269 constituencies as part of his campaign.

“I have toured all the 16 regions, 269 constituencies. What I am doing is touching base to renew my faith in the people,” he stated.

Mr Titus-Glover, who has served the NPP since 1992, said effective organisation goes beyond making noise and requires the ability to translate strategies into practical action at the grassroots.

“Organisation is not noise. It’s how effective you have to put your strategies on the ground and your communication with the people,” he said.

According to him, the success of the NPP in 2028 will largely depend on the strength of its organisational structures and the ability of its leaders to mobilise supporters.

“The victory of the NPP in 2028 will depend on organisation,” he stated.

Mr Titus-Glover said his years of service to the party and experience across various levels had prepared him to take on the responsibility of National Organiser.

“I have served NPP from 1992. I have gone through the ranks,” he said.

He described himself as a leader capable of operating effectively both during difficult periods and in times of stability.

“I’m a combination of a wartime general and peacetime general,” he stated.

The National Organiser hopeful also pledged to strengthen the participation of women in the party’s organisational structure if elected.

He said he would consider appointing a woman to one of the deputy National Organiser positions as part of efforts to give women greater representation.

“The women’s wing, after the elections, hopefully when I win, I will give one deputy position to a woman,” he said.

Mr Titus-Glover said he remained focused on building a stronger grassroots organisation capable of delivering the NPP back to power in 2028.

“There’s a lot we are working on to make sure we win the election and effectively make sure NPP comes back to power in 2028,” he added.
