President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has asked Ghanaians to pray for his government as he rolls out programmes to drive prosperity in the country.

He told worshippers at the Ebenezer Methodist Church at Bantama in Kumasi Sunday that he has started fulfiling some of his 2016 campaign promises aimed at easing the burden of the citizens.

‘The promises we made I have started implementing…key among them is the free senior high school that is on its way,’ he said in Twi.

The President had earlier in the day worshiped with the St. Cyprian Anglican Church as part of his three-day visit to the Ashanti Region which started on Friday.
