KFC’s GH¢15 anniversary promotion has attracted huge crowds at several branches across the country, resulting in long queues and overcrowding as customers scramble to take advantage of the offer.

The rush occurred on Saturday, August 15, as the fast-food chain marked 15 years of operations in Ghana with a special meal deal.

The promotion offers customers one piece of chicken, tenders and small chips for GH¢15, drawing unusually large numbers to outlets in different parts of the country.

Some customers reportedly arrived at KFC branches as early as 7:00 a.m. in an effort to beat the crowds and secure the discounted meal.

Videos shared on social media showed lengthy queues and congested scenes at some branches, with customers waiting for extended periods to access the promotion.

At some outlets, security personnel were seen attempting to manage the crowds and disperse customers as the situation became increasingly congested.

The heavy turnout highlights the strong public interest in the anniversary offer as KFC Ghana celebrates 15 years of serving customers in the country.

The company has introduced the special deal as part of activities marking the milestone anniversary.
