Gospel musician Piesie Esther delivered a powerful performance at the 27th edition of the Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA), captivating patrons at the Grand Arena in Accra.
The singer took over the stage with an energetic and spirit-filled performance of some of her popular songs, drawing loud cheers from the audience as the awards ceremony continued on Saturday night.
Known for her energetic stagecraft and strong vocal delivery, Piesie Esther kept the atmosphere charged throughout her performance as patrons danced, worshipped, and joined in moments of praise.
The event, which celebrates outstanding achievements in Ghana’s music industry, has brought together musicians, producers, entertainment personalities and music lovers from across the country.
Meanwhile, Piesie Esther is competing for top honours in this year’s awards scheme.
She was featured in the Most Popular Song of the Year category which inclues songs such as Shoulder by Medikal featuring Shatta Wale and Beeztrap KOTM, Foko! by King Paluta and Sacrifice by Black Sherif.
In the Best Gospel Artiste category, Piesie Esther faces competition from Diana Hamilton, MOGMusic, Kofi Owusu Peprah, Mabel Okyere and Nana Yaw Ofori-Atta.
The TGMA 27 ceremony continues with more performances and award presentations as fans celebrate another year of Ghanaian music excellence.
