The Shatta Fest 2025 x Shattabration: The King Calls concert at Black Star Square in Accra turned into a historic celebration of Ghanaian music, as some of the country’s biggest stars joined Shatta Wale on stage for an unforgettable night of performances.
Held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, the free concert drew tens of thousands of fans, filling the venue and surrounding streets to capacity.
From start to finish, the show was a mix of high-energy performances, surprise collaborations, and emotional moments that kept the crowd on their feet well into Sunday morning.
Award-winning rapper Sarkodie delivered one of the night’s standout performances, thrilling fans with back-to-back hits and commanding stage presence. Samini followed with a fiery live-band set, sharing the stage with Shatta Wale for the first time in years.
Wendy Shay brought her signature confidence and flair, getting the crowd singing along to her chart-topping singles, while Medikal amped up the energy with street anthems and surprise freestyle sessions. Kelvynboy added a smooth Afrobeat vibe, captivating the audience with his vocals and live instrumentation.
Rapper Amerado, dynamic duo DopeNation, Darkovibes, and veteran Tinny also set the stage ablaze. Emerging stars like Kwame Yogot and Liberian-Ghanaian sensation JZyNo impressed fans with energetic sets that showcased the new wave of Ghanaian talent.
The event was hosted by Adom TV’s Sister Sandy (Sandy Bi Yɛ Guy) and powered by MoMo Fest (Mobile Money Ghana Limited) with support from Shaxi and Charterhouse.
