Team Manager of Prison Ladies, Naomi Abdullah, is confident ahead of the Sanford Women’s FA Cup finals this weekend.
Prison Ladies will battle it out with Police Ladies in the finals of the competition at the Cape Coast stadium on Saturday 29th October.
Prison Ladies sailed through to the finals of the competition 5-4 on penalties after regulation time ended 2-2 draw.
Naomi Abdullah is certain her side will go all out against the defending champions.
“We are not pushovers, this time around we are coming for the champions, and we won’t leave anything to chances. We will go all out to ensure that we take the trophy home”, she told Asempa Sports.
“We have brought some players on board to boost the team. Currently, we have the most experienced midfielder of the Black Queens who goes by the name Juliet Acheampong as part of the team. We know with her contribution and the determination of the team, we will go home crowned Champions”.
This is the second edition of the Sanford Women’s FA Cup.
