Ghanaian musician, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, aka Shatta Wale, has been officially enskinned as ‘Dancehall Naa’ by his eminence, the Chief of Tamale in a ceremony at his palace in Tamale.
Video and photos have been circulating online where Shatta Wale can be seen donning his traditional smock in the midst of the Tamale Chief and his elders.
The ceremony was held at the Dakpema Palace at 2pm.

Shatta Wale is also expected to perform at the ‘Storm Reign’ Concert at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium this Saturday, June 8, 2019.
Shatta, together with ‘Northern Rap god’, Maccasio are expected to thrill patrons with smash hit songs like ‘I Know My Level’, ‘Taking Over’, ‘Too Big’, and ‘Koomi Na Chiki (Inside)’ among others.
