It tells the story of when the two acts were cooking up their latest ‘Ups and Down’ song together.

Strongman has been trending over the weekend on social media due to a rap feud with fellow rapper Medikal.
M.anifest in the video was seen meditating on his lyrics and catching up with the ex-Sarkcess rapper, Strongman.
