Former Board Secretary of Hearts of Oak, Ernest Thompson says there is something fundamentally wrong with his team, Accra Hearts of Oak.
He made this claim after the Phobians were thrashed 3-1 by arch-rival in the MTN FA Cup final last weekend in Tamale.
According to Ernest Thompson, there is something primarily wrong with the club and no one seems to care.
“We cant run away from the fact that something is wrong somewhere and we need to find out what is really wrong”, he told Nhyira FM.
“This was the team that at a point in time was scoring so many goals that we couldn’t even pay players their winning bonuses and so we had to plead with our coach .There is something wrong somewhere with the club”.
“Is it the recruitment policies, the type of management, or is the financial base too much on one person?.
“There is a problem somewhere but as phobians we have a way of solving things, we sit down, debate,go to congress, discuss the issues, come together and find the way forward”.
