National Road Safety Ambassador, Gabby Adu – Gyamfi has called on Ghanaians to show love to patients on admission in various health facilities across the country.
He says, it is about time businessmen and departmental workers take a second look and show love to those who due to financial difficulties and other matters are spending the festive season at hospitals.
He regretted that about 40 per cent of patients, who attended hospital were not registered with the National Health Insurance Scheme and hence could not afford their medical bills.
Gabby Adu-Gyamfi in an interview with Adom TV’s Okyeame Amoako-Darkwah before leaving for an event in Dubai where he will be given an international Award said that, it is very important to send gifts from the heart to show appreciation and love.
The National Road Safety Ambassador further appealed to the Gender Ministry and the police to stop some people who put on “Fancy Dresses with Mask’ and beg for monies on our streets.
