Head coach of Ghana’s Black Starlets, Paa Kwesi Fabin, is beaming with confidence ahead of their round of 16 game against Niger  in the  ongoing  FIFA U-17 World Cup tournament.

The Black Starlets put up a master class performance in their final group game against host nation India, winning 4-0.

Coach Fabin is certain his side will go all out against the Ménas of Niger on Wednesday.

“Niger are a very determined side, they are playing better that they did in the African Youth Championships in Gabon.Playing Niger won’t be easy but we are well prepared and ready to sail over to the next stage of the competition” he stressed.

“We are prepared for the battle, we have psyched the players and they know what is at stake so they are ready to go the extra length to ensure that we qualify to the next stage. In football anything can happen but I am confident that we will sail through” Coach Fabin added.

The game is scheduled to kick off at 11:30am  on Wednesday.
