Aduana FC head coach Cioaba Aristica has expressed satisfaction with his side’s hard-fought draw against Hearts of Oak in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.
The two teams were locked in a tense stalemate at the Accra Sports Stadium on Matchday 32, with both sides creating chances but ultimately settling for a 0-0 result in a game that had significant implications for the race to the top four.
After the match, the Romanian tactician pointed to a demanding schedule and extensive travel as key factors influencing his team’s performance.
“It was a difficult game. This week we have played three games. Two games away and one home match. We have travelled long distances, and some players are tired,” he explained.
Despite the fatigue concerns, Aristica praised his players’ resilience and emphasised the value of picking up a point away from home.
“It’s good that we didn’t lose the game. We have another game, and we will try to finish in the top four,” he added.
Aduana FC currently sit fourth on the league table with 47 points, with just two matches left in the season.
The Dormaa-based side will next host Young Apostles FC at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park as they continue their push for a strong finish to the campaign.
