Some irate supporters of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) have allegedly injured a cameraman of the Multimedia Group in an attempt to stop the commissioning of a Polyclinic at Ajumako in the Central region.

The cameraman who was there to cover the event together with the award-winning journalist, Seth Kwame Boateng, sustained the injury on his forehead during the attack.

According to Kwame Boateng, the NDC members claim the erstwhile Mahama administration built the clinic thus will not allow the New Patriotic Party government to reap where they have not sown.

In spite of pleas from their Member of Parliament, Ato Forson, to allow the event to proceed, the irate youth ignored him.

  1. This is unfortunate. Partisan politics without patriotism is evil and demon possession. If NDC started the project and it will take them twenty years to come back to power, then the project should be aloud to rot? Was the project funded by NDC? This is sheer stupidity powered by insanity or vice versa.

  2.
