Ghana Football Association President, Kwesi Nyantakyi ,who is currently first vice President for CAF has earned another appointment as  President for the 2018 FIFA World Cup committee for Africa.
The Committee was set up to plan out the adequate kind of support that CAF can provide to African representatives at the competition.
The football administrator   received the top award despite Ghana’s inability  to qualify for Russia 2018.
The FIFA council member has been tasked to  ensure the preparation of the five African representatives ;Senegal, Nigeria, Morocco, Tunisia and Egypt at next year’s FIFA World Cup.
He will be working with some of Africa’s finest administrators on the committee for the FIFA World Cup.
His latest appointment fuels his decision to bow out after his tenure in office comes to an end in 2019.
