Head pastor and leader of Glorious Word Power International Ministry, Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah, has extended an open invitation to former president John Mahama.
According to him, he wants to have a one-on-one meeting with John Mahama so he can advise him on why he should not take a go at the presidency again.

“I want to meet Mahama and talk to him. I have met him once but he used to be the Vice President but now I want to meet him face-to-face and advise him on the need for him not to contest the 2020 elections. He shouldn’t pay attention to those prophets because they are only lying to him”, he said on Metro TV’s Good Evening Ghana.
Rev. Owusu Bempah said many supporters of John Mahama have accused him of despising their former leader by making bad prophecies against him.

But said, on the contrary, he acknowledges and duly respects the former President which is why he wants to meet him.
“I don’t hate John Mahama. I really love him” he said. It’s painful that some people are not being truthful to the former President. He can come back and contest but it won’t favour him. It’s about time he admits and sees himself as an ex just like Kufuor and Rawlings”.

Rev. Owusu Bempah was responding to recent prophecies predicting that former President John Mahama would win the 2020 elections should the NDC present him as their candidate.
