Former Central Regional Chairman of the NDC, Bernard Allotey Jacobs

Former Central Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Bernard Allotey Jacobs, says the youth in Cape Coast are craving for an International Airport.

According to him, Ghana’s rich history towards independence and the current economic strives can never be told without the mention of the Central Region, therefore, it was important that their heritage is passed on to generations unborn.

“Youth in Cape Coast are craving for an international airport because we have all the hotels. We have been promised for a long time and so it’s time they concentrate on Central Region,” he said on Adom FM’s morning show Dwaso Nsem, Tuesday.

According to Uncle Allotey as he is affectionately called, a vast land has been earmarked for that course and therefore it would be appropriate if the people of Cape Coast get one.
