There was excitement within the Asante Akyem North constituency following the exoneration of former MP of the area, Kojo Baah Agyeman, over the case of alleged visa fraud involving 50 fake journalists for the Commonwealth Games held in Australia.
A Jubilee House communication says the President has reinstated Deputy Youth and Sports Minister, Mr Pius Enam Hadzide and the Board Chairman of the National Sports Authority, Mr Kwadwo Baah Agyemang following investigations into the matter.

The duo was suspended for their alleged roles in visa procuring visas for the ‘journalist’ who were subsequently deported for failing immigration test.
But Prez. Akufo-Addo last Saturday at New Patriotic Party (NPP) National Delegates Conference in Koforidua hinted that Mr Hadzide had been cleared of any wrongdoing and would resume work on Monday.
