Asante Kotoko have confirmed the signing of forward Emmanuel Mamah on a free transfer ahead of the 2026-27 Ghana Premier League season.
The 21-year-old joins the Kumasi-based club from Samartex after scoring seven goals in 20 appearances during the 2025-26 campaign.
Standing at 1.88m, Mamah is regarded as one of the more versatile forwards in the Ghana Premier League, having played in the competition for the past three seasons.
The striker primarily operates through the centre but can also play on the left wing, giving Kotoko additional options in attack.
Mamah said he was delighted to join one of Ghana’s most successful clubs.
“This is a dream come true, and I am grateful to the board and coaches for giving me this opportunity to wear the jersey of this historic club. I will put in the hard work to get the goals for the club.”
Mamah will wear the number 18 shirt during the 2026-27 season.
Kotoko will begin their league campaign away to newly promoted Debibi United as they look to challenge for domestic honours.
The signing is expected to strengthen their attacking options as the club seeks to make a strong start to the new campaign.
