Ghana Premier League giants Asante Kotoko have signed forward Isaac Opoku Agyemang ahead of the 2026/27 season.
The former AshantiGold, Vision FC and FC Samartex attacker has joined the Kumasi-based club on a two-year contract after successfully completing his medical.
The 21-year-old has previously expressed his ambition to play for Kotoko and says completing the move is a significant moment in his career.
“I am delighted to have finally secured this opportunity to play for Kotoko,” Opoku said.
“I had previously expressed my desire to join the club to my agents, but the circumstances did not allow it at that time.
“However, I am now here and ready to dedicate my full commitment to the team.”
Opoku becomes the third attacking addition made by head coach Eric Tinkler during the transfer window, following the arrivals of Solomon Nsoh and Emmanuel Mamah.
His signing adds further depth to Kotoko’s attacking options as they prepare for the new Ghana Premier League campaign.
The Porcupine Warriors will open their 2026/27 league season away against newly promoted Debibi United.
Kotoko will be aiming to mount a strong challenge for domestic honours after strengthening their squad during the off-season.
