Peter Famiye Bozah, known by stage name Fameye, has revealed that unfavourable circumstances in life made him a passionate and deep songwriter and singer.
According to him, he went through hardship growing up, a situation that has affected his perspective towards life.
“I went through hardship growing up; I never saw my mum and dad because they both died when I was a year old. I was raised by my grandmother who also passed not long ago,” he revealed on Accra-based TV Africa, monitored by Adomonline.com.
“All these made me a deep writer and singer because my music is a reflection of my life, and considering where I’m coming from, it has not been easy,” he explained.
The singer revealed that he had to opt for music as a means of catering for his family, adding that he was grateful to God for discovering him and making fans appreciate him.
He made the revelation when explaining why he released party song, “TGIF”, a jam intended to release stress after a long week.
