The 27th edition of the Telecel Ghana Music Awards is underway at the Grand Arena in Accra, with some of Ghana’s top music stars taking home major honours on the night.
One of the biggest winners at the event was Medikal’s hit song Shoulder featuring Shatta Wale and Beeztrap KOTM, which won the Best Hiplife Song of the Year award.
Kofi Kinaata also secured a major win after his song It is Finished was crowned Best Highlife Song of the Year.
Asiama picked up the Best Male Vocal Performance award with Akoma, while Enam emerged winner of the Female Vocal Performance category.
The awards ceremony attracted musicians, producers, entertainment personalities and key industry players, as fans gathered to celebrate another year of Ghanaian music excellence.
