Award-winning musician Wendy Shay has declared her intention to win the Artiste of the Year award at the 2026 Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA), describing the upcoming year as her moment to reign.
Speaking at the BYK Concert on Saturday night, December 13, Wendy Shay expressed confidence in her growing fan base and vowed to celebrate the achievement with a massive stadium concert.
“The love is so massive. I have seen my colleagues go wild over the TGMA Artiste of the Year, but next year is for the Queen. After that, we will fill the stadium with a concert,” she said.
Her remarks were met with loud cheers from fans in attendance.
