A private vehicle has been completely engulfed in flames at Westland in Accra, burning the vehicle beyond recognition.
A report by Accra-based Citi News suggests that the incident occurred around 2:00 pm on Saturday, June 28, 2025.
Eyewitnesses narrated that the car uncontrollably went into reverse, veered off the road and crashed into a bar attached to a nearby building.
Moments later, the vehicle burst into flames, but bystanders quickly rescued the driver before it was completely destroyed.
Personnel from the Ghana National Fire Service(GNFS) managed to douse the flames, but the vehicle had already been destroyed.
