Coach of Black Queens, Didi Dramani has justified his side’s poor showing in a friendly against France.

According to him, all they needed as a team was exposure not results thus the 8-0 defeat is not surprising.

“The result is not the best but this exercise has given us the exposure we need and also given us a clue of how to develop our talents” Coach Dramani stated.

He noted that, the Black Queens lacked match fitness and had less preparation prior to the international friendly against France.

“Climate changes and match fitness was what we battled with. France has played a lot of top level matches and very fit and I hope we get more of such friendly matches”, Dramani told Asempa Fm.

“There have been more positives in this exercise and we will build on this experience for a more consolidated side in future” he added.

The Black Queens on Monday at the Stade Auguste Delaune were beaten 8-0 by the France female national team as part of preparations for the Africa Women’s Championship to be hosted in Ghana next year.
