Dancehall act Samini who is currently on his “UNTAMED World Tour” has graced this year’s SummerStage in New York.
The concert came off on August 1 as his second appearance in the USA on his World Tour calendar.

This year’s festival showcased 200 renowned artists from around the world to local neighbourhood parks, presenting distinctly New York genres — salsa, jazz, and hip-hop — alongside indie, reggae, Afrobeat, soul, contemporary dance, and much more.
Samini climbed the SummerStage on Thursday, August 1, 2019, at the Crotona Park at 19:00hrs US local time. Ghanaian sensational singer, Efya also performed alongside him.
Samini played on GhanaFest 2019 stage in Chicago last Sunday, July 28th amidst thousands of Ghanaian locals in the USA; GhanaFest activities were in lieu of the “Year Of Return” celebrations.
