A group of aggrieved New Patriotic Party (NPP) youth in the Sagnarigu constituency of the Northern region calling itself the ‘Eagle Eye’ has vandalised the party’s office at Katara over what it says is neglect from the party and unemployment.

The group, which stormed the party’s office in the early hours of Saturday, destroyed documents, billboard and other property of the party.

Speaking in an interview with Adom News, some of the angry youth disclosed the party had neglected them leaving them unemployed after they helped the party win power.

“This morning’s protest is to send signals to the party regional and national executives; if they fail to come to our aid, none of us will also help or support them in the 2020 general election,” the group warned.
