The opposition against the compilation of a new Voters Register has been taken a notch higher.

Some members of the Inter-party Resistance against the New Voters Register on Tuesday February 4, 2020 poured libation and invoked dreaded deities to deal with any Electoral Commission (EC) official who embarks on the registration exercise.
The group has begun another demonstration through the streets of Accra to mount further pressure on the EC which has set April 2020 to compile a new Voters Register.
The protesters presented a petition to the Presidency to stop the EC from compiling a new electoral roll for the December election.
