Founder and leader of Church of Rabbi, Prophet Kwabena Tawiah has warned of more fire outbreaks in the country following Saturday’s huge explosion at Atomic Junction in Accra.
According to him, Ghana has been robbed of massive development because of the brazen theft of public resources and widespread cases of corruption by politicians.
He revealed that God is venting his spleen on Ghana with fire to punish occult politicians.
“Ghana should expect more fire outbreaks and gas explosions. I know innocent lives have been lost as a result but God has revealed to me that there would be more of the because of the wicked political leaders we have in this country.
“They rob us and use the monies for big mansions and even fuel stations but I can assure you that the fire outbreaks which will soon be experiencing will destroy their properties and mansions and kill these wicked politicians for stealing from us” he warned.
Prophet Kwabena Tawiah was speaking in an exclusive interview on KOFI TV.
An explosion and fire erupted at 7 pm at a gas filling station, Mansco Gas Filling Station, on Saturday and caught an adjacent petrol filling station, triggering another loud explosion that set ablaze many vehicles at a nearby taxi and commercial buses hub.
Hundreds of residents fled as the explosion from the gas filling station sent a flaming mushroom cloud into the night sky.
Saturday’s fatal fire incident is the eighth in three years.
Vice President Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia said a strong policy on the siting of fuel stations is long overdue.
But reacting to the issue, Prophet Kwabena Tawiah noted that Ghana is blessed but political rather use voodoo to government – a situation he said has incurred the wrath of God.
Prophet Kwabena Tawiah urged Ghanaians to pray ceaselessly to avert any such disasters.
