Mother of the late Asare-Baffuor Acheampong (KABA) has broken her silence about her son’s death.
The teary and distraught mother, Felicia Amoabeng said her son died on her laps on that fateful day.
“He never felt sick. I tried calling him on Thursday and demanded to know why he failed to call as we pray before leaving for work as this has become a daily ritual.  I tried several times but could not get through so I quickly called his wife who gave the phone to him and he disclosed he was not feeling well so advised him to go to the hospital.
“At about 11:30 am I called again and he indicated he had attended the facility but was put on medication. Kwadwo asked to rest so I went off the line and called at about 1:30Pm when he said he was well and readying himself for work but insisted he will rest if he was not feeling too well”
She continued that “Later that evening I called again and he said he was well. On Friday morning I followed up with another call just to check on him but his response indicated he was getting better and I asked if he could go with me to an all-night service in the evening  but he declined”, she revealed on Accra based Kasapa FM.
Madam Felicia Amoabeng further noted that, later that night she received a call demanding they rush him to the hospital which they did but his condition kept deteriorating until he died on Saturday morning on her laps.
