The Black Starlets have arrived in Casablanca, Morocco, ahead of the 2026 U-17 Africa Cup of Nations, after departing Accra on Wednesday morning.

Ghana travelled with a 35-member delegation comprising 21 players and 14 officials, all aiming to make a strong impression at the tournament.

The team completed a five-hour journey to Morocco, where they will continue their final phase of preparations ahead of the competition.

The technical team is expected to use the remaining days to fine-tune tactics and strengthen team cohesion as the Starlets prepare for the continental showdown.

Ghana has been drawn in a challenging Group D alongside Algeria, Senegal and South Africa.

The four-time African champions will be hoping to reassert themselves among the continent’s elite youth sides while also targeting qualification for the FIFA U-17 World Cup.
