The National Chapters Committee Organiser of Accra Hearts of Oak, Paa Kofi Sunsum has slammed management of the club for their decision to suspend the clubs head coach, Frank Nutall.
He has described the decision to ask the head coach to step aside indefinitely as amounting to double standards.
Venting his anger on the Ultimate Sports Show today, member of the leadership of the supporters front said it is unfair if some Management or Board members can go unpunished for misusing funds of the club but the same Board can suspend the head coach upon first hearing.
Paa Kofi further maintained there is something really wrong with the club and a lot of questions need to be answered.
“The Board of Hearts of Oak is not serious because there are people on the same board and management who have caused losses to the club but have not been sacked. Here we are and for some unknown reasons, we are suspending our head coach. This is unfair and double standards”, Paa Kofi said.
“Mr. Vincent Odotei was sacked from the club quietly, Mr. Thomas Essor also resigned and we have not been told what warranted their sacks so as supporters we need answers to all of these and not suspending our coach”.
Paa Kofi expressed his indifference at the punishment meted out to Coach Nuttall but questions if the head coach is the only person deserving of a punishment.
