GJA Awards 2018 - Joy News Journalists who won on the night

The Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) has, over the weekend, awarded a number of Ghanaian journalist for the excellence brought to their works over the weekend.

The event saw the Graphic Communications Group’s Doreen Hammond being declared the journalist of the year for 2018.

Among the winners were four Multimedia Group’s journalist, Seth Kwame Boateng, Justice Baidoo, Beryl Ernestina Richter and Ina Thalia Quansah.

Ina Thalia Quansah who reports for Joy News and Radio Maxx in Takoradi in the Western Region was adjudged the Most Promising Journalist while former Jpournalist of the year, Seth Kwame Boateng of Joy News won the Best Human Rights Reporter and Best in Features (TV) awards.

Joy News’ Justice Baidoo won Best Telecommunication (Electronic) reporting award with young and enterprising Joy News reporter, Beryl Ernestina Richter was adjudged Best Health Reporter (TV).
