The buzz around the Radio and Television Personality (RTP) awards held over last weekend keep soaring as the infamous butt comment made by Kofi Kapito continues to gain traction on social media.
The Chief Executive Officer of the Consumer Rights Protection Agency has been scrutinized for calling out broadcaster, Serwaa Amihere’s backside during the awards presentation.
The action hasn’t gone down well with many female industry players including Adom FM’s Afia Pokuaa, and the likes of Nana Aba Anamoah and Bridget Otoo.

Taking to her Instagram page, Afia Pokua asked Mr Kapito to apologise, saying “Kofi Capito, this is so unacceptable. I think you owe Serwaa and all the women in the building that night an apology. This is not cool. Not cool.”

Nana Aba Anamoah also wrote, “unacceptable from Kofi Kapito!” with Bridget Otoo also asking, “what has @serwaaamihere’s butt got to do with his presentation?”.
