Ghanaian Hip-hop artiste, Kwaw Kesse, says late dancehall diva Ebony Reigns deserves ‘Artiste of the Year’ award at the impending Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA).
The ‘Katiboom’ hit maker claims Ebony released more hit songs than any other artiste with regard to the VGMA calendar, the reason he fingered her.

“For a young lady like Ebony to compete and beat a lot of guys, at the end of everything she must win the artiste of the year”, Kwaw Kese stated in an interview with SVTV.
Ebony was a Ghanaian dancehall artiste known for several hit songs and albums.
She has been nominated in the ‘Artiste of the Year’ category battling ace musicians, Joe Mettle, Shatta Wale, Sarkodie, and Stonebwoy.

The VGMAs is arguably the biggest award scheme in Ghana that recognizes and rewards the hard work of artists in the country.
